easy check-in breakfast choice
The location was excellent as I walked directly from the train station. The staff was professional. The check-in process was easy and swift. Breakfast included many choices that provided a great start to the day. I stored luggage both before check-in and after check-out, made my travel much easier.
The hotel felt slightly dated! though it was generally clean and maintained.

convenient location updated feature comfortable bed clean room
I enjoyed location near Southern Cross Station. It was really convenient for travel. The room had updated features and was quiet. I had a comfortable bed. I liked how clean it was.
The hallways had stains and smelled a little.

convenient location

efficient staff clean room
the staff was friendly and efficient car parking was available nearby and the hotel handled the arrangements without issues the restaurant was a good option for dinner even for a solo guest i found the room to be clean and suitable.
